When available, you can use instant messaging to make a request for
ION Radio to
play something on the air and on our internet stream. We can't always respond immediately, but if we
can, we'll instant message you back to tell you your segment will be up shortly.
Generally we can only accommodate requests to play within the next hour.
We'll generally provide several minutes notice by IM before the segment plays.
If the segment is of interest, please ask family, friends or coworkers to tune
in. Remember anyone with high speed internet access can listen to ION
radio from anywhere online. Please understand that during some working hours or in the middle of the night, the station runs on full automation and we may not be able accommodate your request. If we have IM on, we're ready to respond. If not we're working, raising our kids or down at town hall with our recording equipment making the politicians sweat. Then try us again later. This is a new system, so please be patient.
