Submitting Material

All material except commercial announcements must pertain to community activity or interest within one walk able mile of I'On Square as interpreted by station management. All material must be suitable for family listening and meet FCC broadcast standards.
We cannot return submitted material. All material submitted must be accompanied by a written grant of permission to use it on air from the creator or copyright holder.
All material submitted for broadcast must be provided as an electronic audio file.
We prefer an MP3 file, since this is the final format that we're currently using. A wav file is also acceptable, and we'll do the conversion.
As an advertising sponsor, the time is coming therefore, to send your materials into us so that we can start to program the play lists…the earlier we get them, the more play time you’ll get as we finalize the technical details. We’d like to have everything in, and up and running by mid-August.
As a reminder, we’ll need at least 1 30 second ‘commercial, and 1 60 second ‘informational clip’…more is better, since it’ll be played around 700 times in September, and a little variety in your messages are a good thing.
Audio files in an MP3 format (preferred) or a wav file, can be emailed directly to William (Jack) Hamilton. radio@wjhamilton.com
